Parador - Paris

For security deposit, a pre-authorization on credit card in the name of the person who booked the apartment will be taken at the delivery of the keys. This isa payment. There is no debit. It is a pre-authorization. The amount depends on the size of the apartment. It will be 500€ for an apartment of less than 40m2, 1000€ for an apartment of 40 to 59m2, 1500€ for an apartment of 60 to 79m2 and 2000€ for an apartment of more than 80m2.

Appartement 1 Chambre. The well-fitted kitchen features a refrigerator, a dishwasher, kitchenware and an oven. The spacious apartment offers air conditioning, a washing machine, as well as a private bathroom featuring a shower and a hairdryer.
